I’ve led teams in both branded and independently owned hotels, where I’ve built relationships that have made the team greater than the sum of its parts.
Creating a superior customer service experience paid high dividends throughout my career, including outpacing the competition. Moreover, my multicultural background emphasized a family culture strong in hospitality, generosity, and service, which influences my leadership approach.
In addition to leading high performing hospitality teams, I bring a sense of service to my community, serving in leadership roles in a number of civic organizations.
